SHIPPING

USA ORDERS:

All US orders receive a tracking number via email when the product ships.  We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days of order placement.  First Class shipments usually arrive in 3-5 business days from shipment. Priority mail shipments usually arrive in 2-3 business days from shipment.  If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days be sure to check your spam mailbox or send us an email and we can look it up for you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

USPS First Class - International orders shipped via USPS First Class mail to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, Great Britain, Germany, France, Netherlands, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Switzerland, Israel and Brazil  will receive a tracking number via email when the product ships.  ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPED VIA USPS FIRST CLASS WILL NOT RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION.  We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days of order placement.  USPS First Class to international locations usually takes 1-3 weeks for delivery but we've seen as long as 8 weeks delivery time.  If you have a delivery deadline to meet be sure to select FedEx shipping. 

FedEx Express - All international orders shipped via FedEx Express will receive tracking via email when the product ships.  We strive to ship all orders within 2 business days of order placement.  FedEx Express shipping usually takes 3-5 business days for delivery from shipment.  

ALL FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS WILL SHIP USPS FIRST CLASS. We will do our best to accommodate address changes after orders have been placed but cannot guarantee such changes can be made. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days be sure to check your spam mailbox. All shipping time frames are estimates and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Any duties, taxes, import fees, or other fees related to the delivery of a package are the responsibility of the buyer.
