Warranty & Return Policy
At STUN we stand behind the quality of our goods and want you to be fully satisfied with your order experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your sunglasses, you can return them in new and sellable condition for a refund within 15 days of purchase. Refunds are less any shipping charges and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns made after 15 days will not be accepted. No returns will be accepted on shirts, stickers, or hats. We do not accept returns for exchange. All international orders are final and no returns will be accepted.
To return STUNglasses Merchandise:
1. Click the following link to download our RMA form: STUNglasses RMA Form
2. Print the RMA out, fill the RMA out with the appropriate information, and include the RMA in the return package along with the unwanted merchandise.
3. Your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON SHIRTS, STICKERS, GRAB BAGS, OR HATS. BE SURE TO TRACK YOUR RETURN PACKAGES. STUN, L.L.C. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT DURING A RETURN.
