Do STUNglasses have a warranty?

At STUN, we stand behind the quality of our goods and want you to be fully satisfied with your order experience.   If you are not 100% satisfied with your sunglasses, you can return them in new and sellable condition for a refund within 15 days of purchase.  Click here for more details. 

Is my information secure when I place an order?

Your information is always secure when placing an order through STUNglasses. We use the highest level of internet security for online ordering. You can feel safe sending sensitive information over our website because we are secured by a 128bit encryption SSL certificate through Shopify and the Authorize.net payment processor. Look to ensure that your web browser shows a closed lock symbol in the URL bar at the top fo the page or the bottom part of your browser when you are on the checkout page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. International orders ship via FedEX International Priority or Standard USPS/IQ. If your country is not listed in the shipping drop down list, please email us at SHIP@STUNglasses.com and we can make an exception.

I have a coupon code/gift card, where do I apply it?

You apply coupon codes on the right side of the page during the checkout process. We allow one coupon code per order. 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders generally ship within 2 business days from the date of order placement.

How will I know when my STUN order has shipped?

The email you used to place your order will receive a notification once the order has shipped.

Will i receive a tracking number when my order ships?

All orders shipped to the United States, Canada, and Australia will receive tracking numbers. Orders shipped to other locations will only receive tracking numbers when FedEx is chosen as the shipping method. If you select USPS First Class for an international order, please allow 2-8 weeks shipping time depending on location, federal holidays, etc.  Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to populate with information if nothing is showing on the carriers website when you first receive the tracking number in your email.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes.

I'm making this purchase as a gift; will the recipient receive a receipt?

No. All STUN packages include a packing slip showing contents included without pricing. The purchase receipt will be emailed to the email address used to place the order.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout, and PayPal.

Do you accept quantity sales or group buys?
